WHAT

We offer unique, complex experience which include accommodation and carefully designed mountain photography workshops in French Pyrenees.

 

WHO

Our workshops are dedicated for both; anyone how just starts the journey with photography and more advanced photographers who wish to expand their experience in outstanding photography locations.

The workshops are designed for two types of groups; one for skilled hikers, who are open to sleep in a tent to capture the night sky and following sun rise, and other one; more relaxed with a car transfer to selected, accessible photography spots, where only little walk will be be required.

The groups are no bigger than 4 individuals to make sure everyone will get enough of attention (couples welcome). There is also possibility to book one to one, individual workshop to maximise the experience and gain maximum of knowledge.

 

WHERE

Eye on Pyrenees is based in French town Bagneres-de-Luchon, named a queen of Pyrenees. It's an ideal base, right in the middle of this mountain chain and great gateway for outstanding mountain landscape. It is also a charming belle-epoque town with many cafes and restaurants to enjoy between the workshop experience.

 

WHY

This mountain photography workshop is carefully designed to maximise the experience and knowledge in photography. Run by a skilled and experienced in many photographic genres photographer Paul Peter, a graduate of University of Arts London, who worked as a professional photographer for many brands and publications, to name few: Net-a-Porter, Celine Paris or Attitude Magazine. He discovered his passion for teaching at Net-a-Porter where he was giving trainings to new starting photographers for the company. 

 

Now, together with his passion for mountain landscape, he provides a complex photography workshops, which covers many areas, from technical aspects, retouching and editing to more theoretical side of photography. The experience offered is truly unique, focused on both; natural outdoor light and also, when the weather is not desirable, studio light techniques at designed for it atelier.

 

WHEN

Our workshops are set 3 days (2 nights accommodation) and 7 days (6 nights accommodation). Some shorter individual workshops are possible to arrange. Please see planned workshop dates below or contact us on info@eyeonpyrenees.com
